When ordering from tenpoundboutique.co.uk there are two delivery options:
- Standard (within 4 working days) - £3.95
- Express (next working day) - £5.95
Please note: to be guaranteed next day delivery orders need to be placed before 12pm (noon)
This delivery cost is per order and is the same regardless of the number of items you order.
Most orders will be shipped within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays). The majority of our orders will be sent using Royal Mail or Business Post, however other couriers may be used where appropriate.
Orders may be sent out in instalments when stock is due in shortly, you will not be charged for any additional deliveries.
tenpoundboutique.co.uk delivers to Mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to international addresses or the following areas and postcodes:

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods ordered by you or any delay in delivering goods ordered by you or any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-despatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
