Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown include VAT (except children's clothes, which are zero-rated for VAT purposes).
When you place an order on our website we shall email you acknowledgement. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
Full payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order must be received before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
We only accept credit/debit card payments using the following methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Matercard, Switch and Maestro.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then your order will not be accepted.
tenpoundboutique.co.uk are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered before the contract is made we will contact you as soon as possible by email.
